Upgraded to premium. Account still free. Need help asap pls

    Hello. using jotform for an important project. We ran over the 100 limit and therefor i purchased a year premium subscription by credit card. Payment went through and at the end i was at the edit your forms screen again. Though my account still says Free.

    Can you please check into that?

    I checked it. Your account is Premium. You just need to logout and log back in to see the change on the My Forms page.

    Yes found that out myself now. Thx for the reply. I was under the impression since everything feels so ajaxish that it will update instantly without a relogin.

    Might add a purchase final page with that info just to make sure and give this a bit more of a professional feel to it.

    We are actually fixing this right now. We use PHP sessions to cache some information about the user account. So, what we are doing is to clear that cache after the upgrade. Thanks.
