All of a sudden on my form when I click <conditions> the screen greys out? It then freezes up on your website only. I can open a new tab and navigate to other sites.
It only happens 1 form, my Home Quote form. Is there a limit to amount of conditions you can use on a form?
It is strange that the whole Jotform webiste freezes up when I click conditions. This does not happen when I am in my other 2 forms.
Please let me know.

I cloned yourr Home Quote form and I was able to click on Conditions without experiencing the problem you mentioned.
Please try to clear your browser's cache and relaunch or try opening it in another browser.

okay, I will. It does not do it on my other 2 forms. though.

okay, DELETED, cookie, history, form data. Still the same issue. It does not happen on my other 2 forms. Also, I can browse all over the web, watch videos, download updates with zero issues while keeping my locked jotform up still opened. Any other thoughts. Does the same in IE8 & Chrome. Do not have firefox installed to check there.

okay, redeleted cache items. It works now. its crappy that I have to delete absolutely every thing and saved password as well. It will very time consuming re entering them. Thought it was fixed. let me open conditions then locked up again. not sure what to do.

I can relate to your frustration. I would recommend you to use Google Chrome to get into our builder. It's already optimized to work better with it than with other browsers
