    can the forms be sent to another e-mail address?

    Currently, the forms are coming to my e-mail address, but is actually the fornt desk girls who need them. I added them as subusers with their e-mail, but jotform is not sending the forms to their e-mail address.

    Hello!

    In the set up of your Notification Email, you can simply replace the Recipient Email to that of the front desk girls

    I am unaware of anything that looks like this. I was not aware jotform had
    it's own e-mail? How do I set this up?

    Each form can have different email recipients, and it is quite easy to change these settings with us. Please take a look at the following tutorials to find out more information on this:

    I tried both methods recommended here. I even completely deleted myself
    from the notifications and only listed their e-mail on the form. Test
    e-mails still only come to me.

    Amanda, we are sorry for confusing you.

    Test e-mails still only come to me.

    That is right, the Test Emails are being sent to the account email address only. However, real submissions are being sent to the correct recipient(s). In other words, you can submit the form in browser, and it will send to the correct email.

    Suggest: redesign the Provide Sender and Recipient details - very pretty but confusing. I thought it was just a splash screen when I first saw it. Then I read how to set multiple recipients - the box provided is way too small - I can't even see one complete address.
