Adding the "secure.jotform" update didn't work for me. I'm adding a screenshot. Please advise ASAP. We needed to launch last week - but couldn't because of this Ning / 1.2.3 error.
This is what my jotform embed code looks like:
I saw one note that said that using "form.jotform.us" as the App Domain was supposed to help. I tried that as well as changing all four of the URLs to include "form.jotform.us". Nothing seems to work.
I'm attaching a link to a screenshot of what my Facebook App detail currently looks like. Please advise what goes where ASAP. Thanks! -M

Our "Developers Method" guide is a little bit outdated. Sorry for that, we'll do our best to fix that soon. For now, I suggest you to use this method: Adding Form to Facebook - Static HTML
- mwheat14Answered on May 30, 2013 at 02:26 PMFunny thing is ---I did that static html solution. Still having problems.
I've got one client seeing nothing at all and the 2nd seeing the attached
FIreFox error. Please advise ASAP!
This is the response I added to the "Add a Static HTML Form" forum page:
1)You should add a step or reminder for users to switch their Form and the
associated app (custom icon) out of Sandbox mode.
2) This is didn't work for me. Doing all the steps (including the custom
icon) left me with this error:
You have enabled a App on Facebook integration for your app, but have not
specified a Canvas URL.
Please advise ASAP. I'm trying really hard to not have to switch to another
vendor and start this process over. Been working on this for several days.
Your form initially lost my project several times --- only to finally have
it stay saved and now get these errors.
Please advise how everyone will be able to access and submit the form.
We're losing time. Thanks! -M

What else do you have, because the Adding a Form to Facebook-Static HTML method isn't working either.
Doing all the steps (including the custom icon) left me with this error:
You have enabled a App on Facebook integration for your app, but have not specified a Canvas URL.
Please advise ASAP. I'm trying really hard to not have to switch to another vendor and start this process over. Lots of man hours for what was supposed to be a straightforward install.

If you would like to add the form to some Facebook Tab on your Facebook page, please follow the next tutorial:
(it means that you do not need too create any custom Facebook App)
However, if you would like to use the Facebook integration (used to collect Facebook users contact info), you will need to create and configure the App.
In this case, try the following settings:
App Domains: jotform.us
Site URL: https://secure.jotform.us/form/31488878202159
Sandbox Mode: disabled
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
