Information missing from PDF

    Our Client Registration has an Hours Disclosure portion at the very bottom.  When clients fill it out and submit it, our email of it does show it was clicked but when we download it into a PDF format that portion is missing and it is not clear that they check it and what they are checking.  Can you help me with this?

    I suggest creating a new PDF document and see if the issue still persists.

    I created a screencast guide that you can follow:


    1. Open the PDF Editor.
    2. Click the +New PDF.
    3. Complete the PDF Information.
    4. You can also adjust the advanced settings of your PDF if you want to hide the empty fields or show it. 

    After that, make sure that you select the new PDF document in the email alert.
