Embedded form question

If I create a HIPAA prescreening jotform and embed it on my website fof prospective clients to fill out, where does the state they enter go on e they complete the form?

Even when you embed the form on your website, the form still works in HIPAA Compliant way so the form data is still transmitted securely into our HIPAA Compliant servers. Is this what you mean with your question?
