Locked out of jotforms - urgent

    See Ticket ... I requested new username

    is now specialistdoctor (was rbeatty1)

    I then re-upgraded to HIPAA

    All was accepted

    But I cannot log back in , it says the account is locked.

    Your urgent attention please.
