It keeps saying i need to confirm my email but I havent received an email

    Thank you for your message, I already send you the verification email please check your inbox or your spam folder, the email from is noreply@jotform.com and the subject "Please verify your email address".

    If you didn't receive the email yet, please go to your profile https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/profile, temporarily change the email to another valid email, then go back and add your actual email, please try this process in an incognito window.

    I just tried logging in to your account and I didn't receive a pop-up message. Also, it says in the account that the email: flowersbywetherly@gmail.com is already verified. Could you please try clearing up your browser's cache then login to the account again?

    Also, are you receiving the message via email? If so, could you please provide a screenshot so we can check? Here's a guide on How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

    Thank you for your message, seems like we receive the wrong screenshot, could you please provide us with a screencast or screenshot with the popup box, and the email that you are receiving?

    no that is the right screen shot. That is the problem I am having, I can't connect with Paypal.
