SendGrid Integration: ability to connect with the New Sendgrid marketing campaign system.

    Can Jotform connect with the New Sendgrid marketing campaign system so I can add new users using Jotform as the Signup form?

    With the Sendgrid integration, it should be possible to send the form information to your Sendgrid contacts list by mapping the respective fields. Since it connects using the API, it should be working with the new campaign as well. You may create a Free account with JotForm and test the integration how it works.

    Hi Kiran - I appreciate the quick response. I have set up an account and linked to Sendgrid however I am only able to see lists and segments in the old marketing campaign, and not the new one. Just to be clear that I have access to both Sendgrid marketing campaigns however am upgrading to the new one.

    Is it possible to select the Sendgrid marketing campaign system in Jotform?

    Please try creating a new API key, so you can remove the integration and integrate with the new key: https://sendgrid.com/docs/ui/account-and-settings/api-keys/

    Hi,

    I have deleted the old Sendgrid API key, created a new one and integrated with Jotform. Unfortunately I have the same problem and cannot link to the lists I have created in the new Sengrid marketing system.

    The problem is that there are 2 marketing systems within Sendgrid: a legacy marketing system and a 'new' marketing system. Each system within Sendgrid has unique contact lists and they cannot be shared between each system. Note that I still have both Sendgrid marketing systems but have moved to using the new system which is what I would prefer to continue to use.

    The problem with the Jotform integration with Sendgrid is that you do not provide the option to select whether to connect to the legacy marketing system contact lists or the 'new' marketing lists. You only enable connection to the legacy marketing system list so therefore the lists in the 'new' Sendgrid marketing system cannot be seen. Linking with the legacy marketing system works perfectly!! :)

    Can you add a feature to enable the 'new' Sendgrid marketing system to be selected?

    I have contacted Sendgrid and they have pointed to where the information is for the New Marketing Campaign.

    The API endpoints for the New Marketing feature are listed under New Marketing in this documentation - https://sendgrid.com/docs/API_Reference/api_v3.html -, and you can use this API call - https://sendgrid.api-docs.io/v3.0/contacts/add-or-update-a-contact - to upload contacts to the New Marketing feature.

    We will include that information in the feature request ticket. Please keep in mind that there's no assurance whether this will be implemented. It will highly depend on the viability of the feature, the number of similar requests we get, along with the workload of our Developers.

    We can't give you any timeframe but we'll keep you apprised on this same thread when there's an update.

    Unfortunately, there's no update for this feature request yet. However, As soon as we receive an update on this, we will inform you right away. Although, it will surely take longer because it depends on how many requests we get from users.

    Hi - just wondering if there is any update on this? Given you have already implemented for the legacy Sendgrid marking platform, it should not be too difficult to amend to use the new marketing system.

    We haven't heard anything yet from our developers regarding this feature request.

    Please note that feature request depends entirely on the number of similar requests we receive, plus the workload of our Developers. Once your request has been implemented, you will be notified here.
