I recieved spam emails

    sir i received and sending mail in spam plz resolve this

    Our apologies, however, I can't find any emails sent to your email address from our logs.

    Do you have an account with JotForm? What is the email address or username of the account?

    Are you reporting spam sent through your forms? 

    Please clarify.

    I am not sure if I have understood your issue correctly. Do you mean to say that you are receiving submission email but it is going to SPAM folder?

    I do not see any submission email being sent to your email address. Do you have any other account? I would suggest you to please save noreply@jotform.com as contact. I would also suggest you to please mark email received as not SPAM from spam folder. Please check the screenshot below:
