Can you please make sure you have selected the Excel and not CSV report? Are you unable to see a newly created file or the submissions are not saved in it?
Can you please try to use a different folder name on your Dropbox, and see if the problem persists.

1. Yes, i already tried making sure the excel report is selected, and nothing happend.
2. I'm not able to see a newly created file. When i submit a new form, in one folder creates the pdf file ok, but on the folder i need the excel report nothing happens.
3. I tried saving the report on a different folder and nothing, i'm going to try creating a different folder and save it there.
If i can do anything else that can help you find the problem, just let me know.

Hi,
For this to work, kindly deactivate the following features on your JotForm account settings.
"Pedir identificación para ver envíos."
"Pedir identificación para ver envíos RSS."
"Pedir identificación para ver archivos cargados."
