Try to embed the form using the iFrame method, you will get a code similar to this one:
<iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.co/form/**************" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:578px; border:none;" scrolling="no">
From that code you can change the height either in pixels or percentage.
Since the width of the form is always set to 100%, then you will need to check your form's width via JotForm's form builder (edit your form). Go toForm Style tab and see the width there:
