    Is my form working in Australia and New Zealand?

    Hi, we have been working successfully in Australia until two days ago. Web enquiries through our jotform stopped coming in.  Does any know if there are problems displaying Jotforms in Australia. I see from the historic forum posts that this happened once before. My form is at: http://www.accommodationinliguria.com/booking-enquiry/

    Do you mean to say you are not able to open your form in Australia and New Zealand? Or you are not receiving your submissions?

    Many thanks.  I mean we have stopped receiving submissions.  Of course we are in the UK so I cannot conclusively say it is the form.

    I checked form and don't see any issue with that. I also checked our email server log and see that the submission notification emails are getting delivered to your email. I see that you have received one submission on "05/30/2013" and here is the email server log for your reference:

    Request you to please check your SPAM folder and see if the emails are there.

    Thanks but this was the test form that I sent myself.  The form stopped working in Australia on the 28th.  You will note the previous four were from Austrlaia and New Zealand and now nothing.

    Jotform has no issue working on Australia. I have checked your site and I was unable to view your website using Australia proxy server but by using a proxy server which is located in U.S, I was able to visit your website without any issue. It seems the problem is related to your web host. I would suggest contacting your web host provider as it seems it is blocking incoming visits from certain I.P ranges located in Australia/Asia region.
