Use Jotform to receive quotes for repairs on phones etc. What I would like to do is have jotform send the correct responder with prices and a link. This would save our company about 2 hours a day in labour! See our form here

Sorry to say but I haven't understood your issue. Is there any issue in editing your auto-responded email content?
Please let us know.

Hello, I have multiple answers that someone can select - example: they could choose "iphone 4S" then "screen repair" then an "auto responder" would send details of the quote they have requested - or they could choose "iphone 4S" then "Speaker repair", a different auto responder would be needed for this answer.

If you're just looking to setup an autoresponder, please have a look at this guide. If you wish to see how an autoresponse from the form would look and you don't want to use your current email address, a disposable Mailcatch address can be used.
If we have still not addressed your query satisfactorily, please let us know.

Hi again Paul
After examining the issue more closely, I think the Purchase Order tool would fulfill your requirements:
However, dividing the selections into two sections (Model and Repair) would require injecting CSS. Please see How to Add a Sub-category to an Order Form.

Thanks for that. Will give it a go
