We have had a few issues with our application form. Applicates are informing us that the form either keeps freezing, or when they click on the 'next' or 'back' buttons, the form is not responding. Other problems have included the form freezing and not submitting when the submit button is clicked (which then clears all saved data from the form) and the collapsable boxes not appearing on the page. However, most applicants have managed to complete the form without any problems (these problems have only occured with roughly 20% of applicants.)
Is this an issue with our form, or are there specific system requirements for forms on this website which we should warn applicants about?

Can you please tell us if you are using the form direct link or have embedded the form on a website?

I've been using the direct link

I checked your form and don't see any issue with that. Though your form is quite lengthy but I was able to do few test submissions without any issue.
Request you to please check and let us know if the issue persist.

Thanks for having a look at this. We have had a few people say about it freezing, but like you, we haven't got any problems when we try to submit anything.
Are there any system/browser requirements for the form that would cause the form to crash or freeze?
As can't cut any of the information from the form. Are there any other ways of editting the form to speed it up for those with lower processing powers?

The form is actually compatible with any browser type even on lower versions of IE. The issue you are currently experiencing might be related to this "Long form keeps freezing when AutoFill/AutoSave Feature is enabled". I am forwarding this to our higher team so they can provide you updates via this thread once this is fixed.
Thank you for reporting!

My suggestion for now while waiting for updates, please disable autofill feature in your form to prevent this issue from happening again. Here's how:

Ok thank you.
Are there any other ways of saving progress of the form for applicants to return to later?
- JotForm SupportEltonCrisAnswered on June 04, 2013 at 04:48 AM
Yes there is. Here's another one: How to Save Forms to Continue Later.
Inform us if you have further questions. Thanks!

Thanks for the advice. I've gone through these instructions several times and have made an additional form. I've tried this out several times, and the 'saving' icon comes up when I go onto another page on the main form, but when i click off the browser and go back through the link, the information doesn't come up.
Could you have a look to see if you can spot anything obvious that I have done wrong, because I can't see where i'm going wrong from the instructions?
Sorry to be a pain.

I have corrected it for you. You just missed the correct hyperlink, that's why when you click it the session URL isn't included. Here's what I did:
Kindly check your first form now. Thanks!

Nope its still not showing my answers that i have typed when i come back to it after closing the form.

It seems you are right. I can replicate the problem. Would you please open a new thread about this issue so I can forward it to our dev team? Thank you in advance.

Thanks for your help
