I made a form on your site and embedded it on my webpage created with iWeb. It works, but now how do I set it up so that when someone visits my website, fills out the form and then submits the form, that it notify's me directly at my email address? Thank you.

    Hello GreekGeek,

I noticed your form that you already have set two email notifications and emails are being sent to your hotmail.  Have you tested if you have received emails from your form submissions?  If you're not receiving email notices, can you check your junk mail folder?

Based on my encounters, hotmail is quite strict with email sending in behalf of a different email address.  Once they find out that the email sender's address is different from the SPF record of the said domain, they trigger it as spam and so it lands to your junk mail folder.

So one option that I could suggest to you is you can set your sender email address for email notices to use noreply@jotform.com.

It would also be great if you can tell us if you're checking your email via web browser or if you are using an email client program such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Outlook Express, Eudora, etc.

    Thanks.

I set up forms on my clients website and she uses msn Hotmail, her email notifications are being filtered by the so called "SmartScreen" I added the mailservers suggested ying.interlogy.com, yang.interlogy.com, monk.interlogy.com to the safe sender, but that didn't solve the problem.

Oops, I don't have the answer to this, I need jotform support to help me do what it's suggested here.

    Hi Fabiola,

May I ask if the problems you're having is with a form created using our Form Builder? I tried looking up for an account using your e-mail address but could not find any. I wanted to inspect and test your form myself using my own msn address so I can figure out the cause of your problem.

May I ask your account username and the form you're having issues with?  Thanks!
