Trouble embedding form on webiste

    Hi-

    I am trying to embed a form on my website, but only the code shows up on my webpage, not the form.  See screenshot attached. 

    I am using the embed code that Jotform generated - is there something that I am missing with this?

    Could you please share the link of your web page where the form is embedded? Also, are you using a website builder such as WordPress or Wix? 

    Please note that the code should be embedded in the source code(somewhere in the body of the page) or the HTML element provided by the website builder.

    Thanks for your reply - I am using WP Bakery Page Builder, and needed to embed the code in the text editor, not the visual - so got it working!
