    if i wish to include a "promo code" column, how should i make sure its validated?

    i don't want people to key random codes in and still get past the submission of form.

    any suggestions?

    You can use conditions to validate the promo code entered by the user. You may either hide the submit button, or hide the form entirely unless the user enters a valid promo code.

    Take a look at this clone of your form which I modified to demonstrate the conditions' capabilities.

    I inserted a page break after the "Unique ID" field and have set the field as Required*

    Then, I created the following conditions:


    In this case, the only valid promo codes are promocode1, promocode2, promocode3, and promocode4.
