Monthly submission limit did not reset and form still showing Over Quota warning message

I form went over quota in March but now it is still saying that when an adopter goes to it following our link:

How long does it take to restart?

The monthly submission limit resets every first of the month and we would like to apologize if it didn't automatically happen with your account.

I have cleared your form cache on my end and that solved the issue you are having.
