Are you looking to delete the data you submitted to a form that one of our users has created?
I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. However, we can only advise you to contact the owner of the form you have submitted. Perhaps, you will be able to get their contact information via their website where you submitted the form or via the email you received when you submitted the form.

MareldiaReplied on April 4, 2020 at 3:29 AMThank you for your response. I didn't submit the post so I don't know who
the owner of the jotform is. I received the email last night with a post
that I didnt send.

Apologies for any inconvenience. However, the mail log that my colleague, Roneet, shared as a screenshot above says that the email autoresponder of the form was sent to your email address. This means that the submission was completed with your email address on it.
May we know what website did you fill in the form, please?
Also, you may try replying to the email you received.

We understand your situation, however, #4 of the PRIVACY FOR FORM RESPONDENTS section in our Privacy Policy page states that you need to contact the person who created the form to access and correct your responses or personal information.
The email you received that has your data should have the contact information of the form owner. The "reply-to" email address in the email is, most of the time, the form owner's email address.
