I created a new form and it appears that the language is set to Dutch or German. All of my other forms are in English and there is a language selector at the bottom of the screen that is set to english.

I cannot see the language settings for the form anywhere.

How I can switch THE FORM to english?

That's strange. Have you cloned this form? I just tried to create a form in your account and was not able to reproduce this issue.

Please let us know if you continue to have this issue and we will investigate further.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth

This form was created from one of your templates and then modified. None of my other forms have this problem.

That could be the reason why. I would suggest to recreate them instead. Just delete the existing form notifications and create a new one.

Note that we have few forms in the form gallery that's in different languages since they are shared by different JotForm users.

Hope this clarifies a bit. Thank you!
