Pop up HTML not workingAsked by slocleanair on May 31, 2013 at 04:18 PM
I create two forms today and for some reason I cannot use the POP HTML to display them.
I created the SLO APCD Contacts form earlier and added the cmplaint and info forms today. They both work from within the IDE. But for some reason on the page above they do not work.
The URL below is from within a CMS but a minimal HTML page with the same three links also fails to display the new forms.
What am I doing wrong?
create two forms new forms
If you plan to still use your current option, please change your codes into this one's:
Both the first and third codes are not working because of the "inverted comma" instead of the "apostrophe" in this line:
it should be:
Thanks for finding the typo...
I suggest you include resizeable=true in the pop up template. While the spec says that is the default at least Firefox does not honor that and displays fixed borders. this can be problematic with larger forms especially when the user has monkeyed with the default font sizes for the Windows desktop. Current zoom can also cause problems.
Can we suppose that is good now in your pop up form, after Welvin's suggestion?
Thank you for your additional info on the resizeable=true parameter.
Much better if you can create a separate post about it here http://www.jotform.com/contact , provide as much details on your suggestion, and I will forward a request ticket about it to our dev team.
