Hi,
I am so sorry but I need your help. I completely forgot to cancel this subscription, we don't have business right now and cannot afford the service. Is there anyway PLEASE to help us and refund the transaction of $29.00 that was just processed on our account 4/4/2020?

I have sent a request to our billing team to cancel your bronze monthly subscription and process refund for your last subscription payment. Please allow 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Please note that your account is now downgraded to free plan.
