Error using PDF link in browser and mobile

Hi, I have a PDF associated with this form below. On the thank you page, I would like there to be a link {pdf-link} that the user can click and access the PDF right away. For some reason, I'm getting this error (screenshot attached) when I test out the link: 

1) From my mobile device - both from the jotform form URL and embedded on my website

2) Accessing the form embedded on my website

Both give the same error message "You're not authorized, ..."

It could be that your Privacy Settings that's causing the issue. Please try to untick the "Require login to see submissions" and "Require log-in to view submission RSS"

if the issue still persists, may we have the link or URL where your form is embedded to assist you further?
