    Form Email Not Changing

    Form - "My Employment Application" - We try to change the email that it sends to, currently support@ssidish.com to recruiting@ssidish.com - this is a problem we have had in the past and I believe we had to rebuild an entire new form or something. This is happening to often, can you help us fix this please.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    I checked out your email address and recruiting@ssidish.com was IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) [Default] 421-'Connection closed= unexpectedly'


    It has been already removed from our Bounce List.

    This issue happened because of the Sender E-mail is not set to noreply@jotform.com. But to Prevent these kind of issues please refer to the next guide: How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing issues.

    You have to make sure that all of your form's email alerts (on each form) are set this way:

    SENDER EMAIL noreply@jotform.com


    This should solve your issue, but if this persist please let us know.
