How do I add just the first name in the autoresponder?

How do I add just the first name in the autoresponder?

Fields are {name} with sub labels for First Name "#first_17" and Last Name "#last_17"

My autoresponder has:

Hi {name:first_17}

But this isn't working.

You can add your form fields to your emails by using the Form Fields section while creating a new email as you can see below:

When you click on the form field which you want to add to the email, it will be added to your email content.
