We have created two registration forms. One for members and one for non-members. The registration fee is different. Is there a way to create a password or passcode for members to enter for them to gain access to the 'members' form?

Hi,
We do not permit login/registration forms with password fields due to the high risk of phishing activities. Many people create forms that are fraudulent in order to steal passwords.
Our forms can not be used like normal login form.
Thanks!

Yes you can achieve this by doing a Condition statements on your form.
You need a condition that "If a non-member then link to a non-member page/form" then "if a member then they will be directed to a member page/form".
I created a form like this. Feel free to clone, here's the link.

Use any fullname and a sample member password is: password
To try it for a non member, login with different password. And it will be directed to a non member page.
If this is what you are trying to achieve, let me know so that I can walk you through the process.
Thank you.

Thanks so much for the help! I was able to create the condition. It worked last night and for whatever reason it stopped working. Sounds like I'm not the only user having this issue. Have you heard anything?
My form is not set up like yours though, which I like a whole lot better. I can't get the BACK button to go away on the Page Break. I have it set up now so that it goes to the next page. Is there away to have it go to another Form instead?
I'm missing something here!
Appreciate the help. -

@rhallga
Hi, we had a temporary glitch on collapse field and required field. But it had been fixed immediately.
Can you please check if you are still having issue on your end?
I test your form https://www.jotform.com/31510117568954 , it seems fixed on my end.
Please inform us if you are still having issues.
Thanks.

Hi Guys,
I know this is a long time after this post has been created...
However i am having trouble with creating a form that lets many users with the exact same username and password login in to my site to upload a bit of content...
I just need one username and password so people can get through to the next page...
Please help... I feel stupid :(

It is necessary to understand that if you use keywords like password your form will activate our phishing filter causing the suspension of your account.
The easiest way to achieve your request is to add a condition of Change Thank you URL after submission and the add the condition if "field" is equal to "yourcode" then redirect to "url":
You can test and clone this form:
