My account has been suspended for suspected phishing, but I do not understand why ...

Thank you for your quick response. My account is up and running again.
Do you know why your autophishing detection system believed that my work was forbidden ? Please understand me, I'm afraid it can happen again in the future.
I think it would be a good idea to send an email to users with automatically suspended account because it is important to be informed quickly. This time, I was working on, so I was lucky.
Thank you very much, and sorry for my bad english.

Thanks for your reply.
The suspected form was already white listed so this shouldn't happen again. However, our anti-phishing tool will continue to scan your newly created forms for security reasons. So in order to prevent this in the future, we'd suggest not to create forms similar to login forms. Creating such form will trigger our scanner and your account will be automatically suspended. However, we can review them manually upon your request.
We actually send notifications when we found forms that is suspected for phishing use, but this is done manually after reviewing the form. Unfortunately our anti-phishing scanner has its own decision and suspends the form automatically once it's mark as malicious, however this isn't the behavior once the form belongs to a premium account. Premium suspected forms needs manual review, so please consider upgrading to Premium for a greater assuarance of preventing this issue.

Thank you for your reply.
I'm sorry but I did not understand the most important sentence in your message.
Could you explain this to me again with different words please? I wonder what "login forms" means.
- JotForm SupportWelvinAnswered on June 03, 2013 at 05:45 AM
"Login" or Login Forms are the tool for web owners who offer restricted contents to their websites. Login Forms usually composed of two text boxes, one for the account ID or Username or Email Address and one for the password. Login Forms collect personal information which Jotform do not support. So, if our Phishing Filters and Form Reviewers found your form to have this kind of thing on your account, they will automatically suspend your account. So please refrain from creating such.
Let us know if you need anything else.

Thank you for your information. I understand now.
However, i don't know how login forms has been detected on my account because I have not made. I just imported templates from JotForm's forum in my account. Perhaps this is the cause, or CSS included in these templates.
Thank you very much.
