When my customers submit my forms there are a few ansers not showing up in my email. I have 5 forms and this is only happening with 2 of them. The answers are showing up in my submissions on jot form though. I did a test myself and it happened to me also so I know that it isnt my customers not filling the questions out. What would cause this. Thanks

Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. With regards to the issue of your form, can you please try to re-create your email notification and delete current email notification?
Note: I just want to let you know that if you made some changes/updates with your form like adding or deleting some fields in your form, your email notification won't automatically updated. You need to either re-create your email notification or manually update it.

Have you tried doing what pinoytech suggested?Recreating the email notification should resolved the issue but if not, you can configure your email notification and set the field id for the answer manually.
To manually edit the email notification ID field, open your Compose Email window and click the field ID on the right side.
