I cannot work offline on Google Forms

Hi jotform,

We're trying to collect health related data after corona pandemic. There are some occasions where we need to visit their homes since they're not allowed to go outside. The form is about to obtain information regarding their health as well as to track where they have been and contacted previously. Problem is that we sometimes lose Internet connection. We're wondering if we can use google forms offline. I couldn't find the naswer in google and come across your website. You seem to be doing the similar thing. Basically need some guidance.
