Airtable Integration suddenly stopped working

    Hi I received the recommendation from Kevin G. to EDIT and re-SUBMIT the records that didn't come through to the AIRTABLE add-on. I tried it and although I received the email notification...it DID NOT come through to Airtable. Can you please assist me?? Many thanks, Frank

    Thank you for contacting Support.

    Can you confirm if you have already removed your current integration and added it again? 

    I have checked your form and it shows that Airtable is properly configured.

    I have cloned your form and integration using our test account and wasn't able to replicate the issue.

    I've cleared your forms cache on our server.

    Kindly test it out and check if Airtable is working.

    It won't let me!  It just sits there with the dots below sequencing

    I've just gone through editing a record and resubmitting - came into my email but NOT into AirTable. :-(

    OK...so I just deleted the AirTable connection on the initial page. That's deleted. Now I'm just linking the fields. I'll update you with my results. Thank you

    So I redid it all...what a pain and it is NOW working again

    Just finished editing and re-submitting the last 6 new employees....it's working.

    But curious WHY it stopped all of a sudden?? Thanks for getting back to me - all of you and your team. Frank

    Thank you for updating us. And we are glad that the Airtable integration is now working again with your form. The issue might just be caused by a temporary glitch and it just needed to be reconnected to work again.

    As for your side question, may we know what "dates" are you trying to import and from what and to are you trying to import it? We will wait for your response.

    Thank you for asking - Birthdate, Driver License Expiry, Driver Abstract Issue Date

    They're all in the same Employee form that's linked to AirTable. TY

    I would suggest that you check the date format of the field in Airtable and make sure that it matches the date format of the date field in your form.
