We are no longer receiving submissions

    Hi, i have several forms online and am currently not recieving any submission to my chosen email which is bookings@titanic.com.au.

    Hi Fernando,

    The email you provided here is not in the bounce list and I can see mail logs that indicates that notifications was delivered successfully to this email address. I have also sent a test submission to this email for a confimation. Please check if you were able to received this test email.

    We'd also suggest to check everything on your side like in the spam folder of your email, check your spam security level, check if it's not blocking our email service provider. Furthermore, please use noreply@jotform.com as the sender email.
