I got an e-mail from jotform and since we reached the limits of our accout and our forms will be disabeld this Monday at 12pm EST if we do not upgrade. So I clicked on the upgrade button. Then I should have logged in to jotform, which doesn't work. I tried several times and checked username and password, but I wouldn't succeed.
I went on the jotform website, successfully logged in my account and from there, I tried to upgrade to the Premium Plan. But then, jotform cannot authorize/doesn't accept the credit card data although the credit card is valid unteil 02-14 and everything is fine with it. I also tried serveral times and checked the card number but it wouldn't work.
What can I do to successfully upgrade to the Premium Plan?
