Is jotform eu down?

    Is jotform eu down? We are getting http error 500 for quite some time now

    There isn't an issue with JotForm EU. Are you still facing an issue? If yes, could you let us know where are you seeing the 500 error? Is it on your JotForm account main page?

    Our clients were seeing it when they were trying to submit their forms. Even though their records were created, we could see the records in the database and on google sheet integration, they weren't seeing the thank you page, neither they were receiving the confirmation email (not even our own email that is receiving the notification).

     

    Also, can I ask if you provide a more immediate support except from the forum? Maybe something like a live chat or phone support for urgent and immediate issues?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer phone support. Chat is available, but not always. It depends on the number of open threads at the moment.

    Can you please let us know if this happens in all of your forms? Can you please provide us with the ID of a submission you did not receive the email? You can click here to see how to check this.

    It would also be helpful if you can send us the email of your client, so we can check that as well.

    How can someone access the chat function? 

    Well, what happened is that as our form was up and running normally, suddenly today our clients while trying to submit the forms they saw an http 500 error (unavailability of server response).  An example of these is the following submission Id 4621484913504895383.

    This issue occured for a number of our clients leading us to take down our form and to create a clone of it and taking that live in order to remain operational. And the funny thing is that the clone form was okay while the original was still problematic. Now we are operating with the clone form but we haven't tested the original one if it's okay now.

    Thank you for your reply and for additional information.

    Chat is available when there is availability for it. We do not have a specific time when it is activated. Once it is, you are able to find in on the Home page, Form builder and other JotForm pages.


    Since you had no problems with the cloned form, the problem is not in servers. Do you mind if we take a test submission to see if the problem will be replicated?
