Forgot user name and password

    Hello,

    Our company account was setup by someone who no longer works here and I can't upgrade our account without knowing the use and password which I don't.

    Please provide me with this info.

    When I selected that the password was resent it just didn't do any thing.

    I checked your account and your username is "chicagorecording". Your account is in OVERLIMIT status as you have reached the 100 MB upload limit.

    You may have to upgrade your account.

    Hey Again!

    We are trying to upgrade but now your system is telling me that my username does not exist. Can you just e-mail us a link to reset the password? The username is "chicagorecording"

    Hi Jacey,

    The chicagorecording account is using the email acocunt of Sarah, which is sarah@chicagorecording.com.

    You can reset the password via the email for the account using the "Forgot Password" link in the sign in page https://www.jotform.com/login
