We just had a mom call trying to register her kid and she does the e-sign on our form and tells her that she needs a signature, even though she has one, she tried it 4 times and it still didnt work. Suggestions?

This is not a common problem, so we will need to investigate it further.
What browser she used to fulfill the form? Is that mobile or desktop browser? Browser version will be also appreciated.

She used Internet Explorer, and she was at a liabary desktop, she was not sure the version.

I was able to submit the test form using Internet Explorer 8, 9 and 10. However, it looks like we have a problem with required signature field on outdated Internet Explorer 7.
I have escalated this problem to our Developers, and hope that they will be able to fix it soon.
In the meantime, you may ask your user to use any other browser. It should help.
