Using dropdown menus in form

1)Can you use the Jotform form system to gather increased customer contact information of say 12 fields some (3) fields having tumbledown menu selection.

1a) Is there a maximum number of selections allowed in a tumble down menu?

Yes, you can have 12 fields in your form and 3 of them can be dropdown menu fields. There is no limit to the number of fields you can have in your form. However, if the form is very large it may take a longer time to load.

Also, there is no limit to the size of your dropdown menu either. You can add as many options as you would like.
