I am trying to log in and upgrade my account but can't recall the password. I've tried the link to reset the password but the link is not activating. Is there a compatibility issue with certian browsers?

Kindly try to clean your browser cache and cookies (CTRL+SHIFT+DEL) and restart your browser.
After that, click the "Forgot Password".
