Unique Submission question

    I have a form limit applied - strict check - so that no two IP addresses may submit a form.

    BUT I have customers who have called and would like me to enter their information over the telephone.

    Is there any way I can "manually" add submissions?

    I ask becuase once I have entered one from MY computer, I cannot go back in and add more submissions for customers needing assistance.

    There is no way to add the submission manually. You may consider disabling the Unique Submission option, and re-enabling it back when you done with your submission.

    Thanks Mike.

    If I disable and then enable, I assume that the system will still block IP's submitted prior to this action because they will remain in the databes, correct?

    You are very welcome. According to my tests, it will allow you to submit the form when you disable the IP check. However, you will need to make sure that you save the form each time you change the settings.
