My problem is as of 2nd June I am not receiving notifications to my allocated email address – email@example.com - . Submissions are being generated and I can see them from the JotForm site but I really need them to come through to my email as they are event bookings and I have individual sheets for each month and event class.
This has happened once before and the tech from JotForm said that my email address had been placed on a bounced list, I was never able to fix the problem as the advice at the time didn’t help so I scrapped the email address and allocated the current one. I have checked with JotForm and they assure me my current email address is not on the bounce list. Any support would be much appreciated as I do need these forms to come to my address.

The reason why you are having this problem is that you had not specified a Sender Name in the email notification settings
Make sure you always map to a "name" field into your form and that you also set firstname.lastname@example.org as the email address
