Auto Popup WordPress Feedback Button Plugin

    Is there a way for this to pop up after a certain number of seconds, or when a person scrolls down, or goes to close the page?

    If so it could be a real Qualaroo or Popfeedback killer!

    Our Feedback embed option is designed to only work with a button. You may consider our Lightbox instead. Check this guide:

    I just want to update you with regards to this inquiry. I've found a way to auto popup the feedback button on your WordPress website using the Jotform Feedback Plugin, please follow these steps;

    1. Install the Jotform Feedback Button Plugin (

    2. On your WordPress Backend Editor (Appearance > Editor) , edit your header.php file and "add" the following codes:

    On top of the header.php file:

    if(!isset($_COOKIE['beenhere'])) {

       // been here

       setcookie("beenhere", '1');

    -These codes are used to only show the popup on first initial load. You have to close/open the website to show the popup again.

    Before the closing </head> tag in the header.php file:

    if ($showlightbox) { ?>

    <script language="javascript">

    var delayseconds = 5;

       function pause() {

       myTimer = setTimeout('whatToDo()', delayseconds * 1000)

      function whatToDo() {

    window.onload = pause();

    <?php  } ?>

    Please make sure to change the form ID in red text above. Form ID: 23399356560967

    Note that, you have to add these codes again when or after updating your WordPress Templates.

    Form ID is the string of numbers found at the end of your form URL:

    Wow, this sounds good. Is it possible to auto pop up just when they try to close the browser/tab? That will be awesome :)

    I have seen sites which do this - when the mouse moves to the very top of webpage header area, (it's taken as a move to click the exit button on browser) this pop up at that moment would be great to collect a lead or present an offer. Any chance we can do this?

    I have done everything mentioned in the above tutorial, but I cannot get the results requested. It just leaves the Signup button at the top. I would like for it to pop up automatically and REMOVE the signup button.

    I would also like for it to pop up only once per browser per day...or something like that.

    Can you help?
