    Hello,

I am using the free account for now but was wondering:

If I reach the 100 forms limit before the month is up, how does JotForm notify me?

Is there a chance that any information will get lost if I cut the renewal period too close?

Finally if, a form is submitted and I have exceeded my limit, what does the form submitter see?

    thanks in advance.

    Hi newmediaprod,

Thank you for posting your concern. If you're nearing the 100 allowable submissions (for Free accounts), you will be notified by JotForm automatically by email. Your visitors will still be able to see the form, but when they attempt to fill it in and submit, they will see a message that the form is disabled and their form data was not submitted successfully.

The submission count will be reset on nxt month's cutoff date, so you can start receiving submissions again.

We hope you find this information useful. Thank you for using JotForm and enjoy!
