    Hi, yes Definetly it will affect the functionality of the form. name and ID attributes should not be altered. Some java Script codes and the php file in our server will use these attributes.

    Problems Like: Required field validation may failed. Email notifications, Integration and submissions will loss some submitted data.

    @lastlycan

    To get your post data and it's PHP codes, simply set this URL as your Custom thank you URL.

    https://www.jotform.com/show-post-data

    First, you need to enable post data on your form. Here's how:

    After that, set the URL above as your thank you page.

    Hope this helps. Thanks!

    no its not helping me at all...bcoz i want the the form data to be taken by my custom form in a php page..

    here once again..in php

    this is how the source code of the form is :

    Full Name </label>

            <div id="cid_13" class="form-input-wide"><span class="form-sub-label-container"><input class="form-textbox" type="text" name="q13_fullName13[prefix]" size="4" id="prefix_13" />

                <label class="form-sub-label" for="prefix_13" id="sublabel_prefix"> Mr./Ms </label></span><span class="form-sub-label-container"><input class="form-textbox" type="text" size="10" name="q13_fullName13[first]" id="first_13" />

                <label class="form-sub-label" for="first_13" id="sublabel_first"> First Name </label></span><span class="form-sub-label-container"><input class="form-textbox" type="text" size="15" name="q13_fullName13[last]" id="last_13" />

                <label class="form-sub-label" for="last_13" id="sublabel_last"> Last Name </label></span>

            </div>

    -----------------------------------------------

    the problem is something on the red feilds i guess i.e name attributes of a input type in html.

    wt could be my solution how to write the post syntax on a php page useing the name attributes from the html source.

    $name=$_POST["name from the html input type feild"] and so on...(this is how we get values from the form)

    so i want the write syntax to get values from the form into a php page give  me a solution with a example im counting on you

    Sorry for not clarifying it well. What I have provided to you is the way to get your PHP codes and post data. You can then use it on your custom PHP script. You should dump first your post data so you can see the right code needed for your script. After that, you can then point your Custom URL to your form. Please try the followng suggestion above so you will be able to see the result.

    Example:
