Due to terms of use violation, your account has been suspended.
It was suspected to be used for phishing. If you think this is a mistake please contact us to resolve this issue.

    Hello Julius,

Your account was autosuspended by our phishing filter due to a Login Form that was found in your account. In compliance with the terms of use, Jotform cannot be used to create any sort of login forms.

Jotform forms cannot and will not be able to send/access user credentials in databases therefore, login forms will always be tagged as phishing forms.

I have reactivated your account and deleted that particular form that triggers our phishing filter. To avoid autosuspension and possible permanent account removal, please refrain from creating such forms.

We hope you understand our policy against illegal internet activities.
