Can't download JOtform

    Hi,

    As of a few days ago, I cannot download my Jotforms.

    I am receiving a error page saying Jotform is currently unavailble.

    - The server is down for maintenance

    - There may be a network problem

    - The site may be experiencing excessive load

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Steve

    If by "download my Jotforms" you mean their submissions, I couldn't replicate the issue because I was able to download an Excel file of one of your form's submissions without any problem.

    It may be related to your location, as I'm in Barbados. In attempting to fix the problem, I've cleared your account's cache. On your end, log out of the account, clear the browser's cache and then log back in and try to download the submissions again. If this doesn't work, a ticket will be submitted to get the problem rectified.

    Hi, 

    Thanks for the quick response, unfortunately its still not working. 

    To be a bit clearer, the problem is arising when I click on reports and try to download an excel report of all submissions.
