Question about Visual report

There are 4 questions on the survey.  Why does Visual Report builder only make two charts/graphs/visuals?

How can I add charts or graphs?

You can create charts/graphs for each of your questions, please find the question in the form elements section and add it to your visual report.

How do I create visual reports for all the questions?
It automatically does two visual reports. What about the other questions?

How do I add the form elements section to the visual report?

You'll see the form elements in the left section of the form when you open the reports for your form.

To add the form fields/questions in your visual report, simply drag and drop the fields to the visual report.

My screen doesn't look like yours.  There is no arrow on the left by Jotform.  This is what my screen looks like.  I have a Macbook Air.
