    Hello,

First off, I just discovered jotform and I think its great! The interface is lightyears better than the survey sites out there.

I wanted to create an eligibility form that determines your eligibility for Food Stamps based on your family size and income. So far those are the only variables

So far I have this condition and it works

Family Size 1 + Income greater than 904 = "Sorry you dont qualify" page

But I set up this condition and it doesn't bring up the page I created. Only "Thank You Your submission has been received." Every number under 905 sets this off.

Family Size 1 + Income less than 904 = "You Qualify" page

Any input on this issue? Am I using the conditions incorrectly?

    Hello fedieson,

Thank you for your kind comment.

I have looked into your form and I agree that something is odd with the condition.  I have replicated your form, removed the other condition and ran the less than and greater than conditions, one after another, and it still showed that the less than condition has a bug.

I will submit a ticket to our development team and look into this.

As an alternative for the mean time, I suggest that you create your custom thank you default message by clicking the Thank You icon and selecting the Thank You message.  Then use the default thank you message as your alternative thank you page for your "less than" condition of your submission.

    Thank you for your patience.
