I've read a lot of other questions just like mine, but so far, none of the fixes offerd solves my problem.
I have created a form and used iframe coad to embed it in my drupal website http://www.extension.iastate.edu/4h/content/4-h-film-festival-application
When I test it on a windows machine using firefox, it worked.
Then I tried it on a mac using firefox and the next button wouldn't work, nothing happened.
So I tested it on a mac using safari - still didn't work.
I also tested the form with firefox on a mac without embeding it in my webpage. still didn't work.
Next two time I tested it (on two different Windows machines) once with firefox and once with IE it didn't work.
What do I need to do to make this work?
Please send response to hbignall[at]iastate[dot]edu

Thank you for contacting us.
The problem seems to be related to HTML field with base64 encoded image on the top of your form. Please remove that Free Text (HTML) field and use the Image tool instead. It should solve the problem.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
