Trouble Seeing the FormAsked by ohauscorp on June 04, 2013 at 04:57 PM
Our form is on a Facebook App. page - https://www.facebook.com/ohauscorp/app_190322544333196. Some people are telling us that they cannot see the form. Are there any suggestions to help people be able to see it? We cannot see it on Internet Explorer within our company Firewall, but can access it on Firefox. Is there anyway to better gurantee that people can see the form?
Thanks in advance for the help.
I have opened in IE8 the link that you give us and as you said the form does not appear, so I can see that the issue only happens on IE8:
I would recommend you to follow the steps in the next guide to embed your form to your Facebook page : Adding a Form to Facebook.

Hi, thanks for the response and guidance. Can you recommend another Facebook application to host the form? Because this app has not been loading for the past 24 hours and they have not responded to mine or anyone else's requests for assitance with this matter, so I am getting concerned that they are not planning to help fix the problem. I had used another app before but that one doesn't support the <iframe code.
To my understanding the StaticHTML was developed so that extra pages could be applied to your main facebook page and then they left it at that. The problem with it is that as facebook updates it's platform problems can happen since the add-on then becomes obsolete if it's not updated. You can try removing it and then reapplying it to see if this helps to correct it. Alternatively though, there is also the Developer Method which can be used to add a form to your facebook page. These are the only 2 methods we have that allow you to place a form onto a page within facebook. The only other option that would be available after this is to just integrate the form with facebook itself.
Hi, thanks so much. I followed all of the steps in the developer method but it is not working! I keep getting a "405 Not Allowed" message. Here is the page: https://www.facebook.com/ohauscorp/app_144494292411687
I've already followed all of the steps that were suggested on this thread but nothing worked: http://www.jotform.com/answers/133015-URGENT-404-Not-Found-nginx-1-0-8-ERROR
Any other suggestions?
Something that I would like to remark from the guide provided above:It's highly recommended to use "https" to avoid any security issues on the page since Facebook requires secure protocol.Alternative iframe apps for your Facebook page that you can try
