This has upset me now because I have been looking for an hour
So understand the chances are I will be contacting my states attorney general office to submit a complaint.

You were supposed to see a large Cancel button on the Account Info page. I already refunded your last payment and canceled your subscription.

The reason for this forum area is for the purpose for users and subscribers such as you to be able to ask your inquiries and/or ask for assistance.
It is always and has been in any website or portal where you can modify or configure your account in a preferred page called the Account Settings page or any page that handles and modify your account information. This has always been the setup for websites for more than a decade already.
Additionally, your subscripition has already been canceled and has been refunded for your convenience.
